We work "on the go" from our offices in Evanston and New Buffalo or any one of the 67 offices of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Illinois, Indiana and Michigan.
Rob Gow – Managing Partner
Prior to founding Shoreline Property Advisors and joining Coldwell Banker Rob enjoyed 20 years consulting to the health care industry including work with physicians, hospitals and companies doing business with healthcare providers. Having worked with nearly every hospital or health system in Illinois, Indiana and Michigan, Rob learned about the many communities serviced by his client hospitals and physicians.
It was the opportunity to be a trusted consultant to friends and neighbors that drew Rob to the real estate business. With each and every client buying or selling a home Rob treasures the opportunity to work hard, think smart, be creative and be the perfect communicator.
Rob and Chris Pfauser, his partner of 16 years, are currently rehabbing a second home in New Buffalo, Michigan which is one of their many passions away from work. Rob and Chris split their time, along with two Labrador Retrievers, between Evanston & New Buffalo. Rob has very active interests in kayaking, cycling, photography and homeowner community association management.
Rob is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, North Shore Barrington Area Board of Realtors and he is a Certified Relocation pecialist. Rob is a graduate of Bradley University in Peoria Illinois and Fremd High School in Palatine Illinois.
Chris Pfauser – Founding Partner
Chris believes that the best advice comes from good data and great process. He learned that from his management consulting experience with leading global organizations such as A.T. Kearney, ExxonMobil, Kraft, DuPont, Ford, General Motors, Sprint, Marriott, Motorola, Sheraton, PricewaterhouseCoopers,
McDonald's, UBS, BMW and the US Department of Defense. With Shoreline Property Advisors, Chris has his focus on creating new ways to deliver the best real estate data analysis and the ultimate real estate consulting services to friends and neighbors.
Chris holds accreditation with the Council of Residential Specialists and the Graduate ealtor Institute and has membership with National Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, North Shore Barrington Area Board of Realtors , Greater Northern Indiana Association of Realtors and Southwest Michigan Association of Realtors. Chris graduated from the University of Wisconsin in Madison and currently serves on the UW Chicago Alumni Association Board - often getting involved in UW Alumni events in the Midwest and across the US.
Samantha Tuminaro – Marketing Manager
Samantha has a keen understanding of the home buying and home selling experience. She knows just what information clients need when they are searching for a new home or when they are selling their own. Samantha is truly an expert at managing innovative home marketing programs and creating stunning property marketing brochures, web pages and electronic marketing messages.
Bringing her extensive experience as a paralegal to real estate enables Samantha to deliver detailed coordination of real estate transaction documentation and management of our client transactions.
Samantha calls Chicago's Norwood Park as her home neighborhood where she shares a home with her husband, daughter and a Labrador Retriever. Samantha is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, North Shore Barrington Area Board of Realtors.
